ALL REPORTS ARE DETAILED AND SUMMARIZED

Along with their high tech inspection tools, the Inspexpro Building, Condo and Home Inspector employ a Tablet PC and HomeGauge inspection data
Collection and report writing software to record inspection information, compile and edit a home inspection report, and print a detailed, narrative
Inspection report complete with plentiful detailed color digital photos.
A tablet PC is a type of laptop computer that allows for the screen to be flipped around so the user can use a pen to operate the sophisticated
Inspection software and input data directly to the application with a special type of stylus pen. Tablet PC software can recognize and translate
hand writing to text.
During the visual inspection, the home inspector will take dozens pictures of most rooms, the exterior, the garage, and any issues that need documentation.
It has been said that "a picture speaks a thousand words". This is especially true of home and building inspection photography.
By using an inspection check list combined with home and building inspection photos, as well as detailed written explanations of deficient items and photos,
there is little room for question about what was inspected or what the findings were.
Radon testing is conducted with tamper proof radon monitoring and data collection software. Monitors are placed for a minimum of 48 hours and
continuously monitor and record radon levels in a self contained radon level data logger. Once the tests are complete, the data from the monitor is
downloaded
to the inspection software for reporting.
Home, Roof, Mold or Radon inspection reports can be delivered in a variety of ways including E-mail, Snail Mail (US Postal Service), Sneaker Net
(I walk it over), Overnight Express, FAX or it can be picked up at your local Kinko's(fee may apply). In an effort to reduce waste and assist in
electronic communications, most clients receive their reports through paperless .pdf e-mail files.
